Creating your artist profile

Set up your Cloosi artist profile so fans can find, follow, and support you.

    Sign up first

Cloosi uses passwordless sign-in — there are no passwords to remember. Enter your email address and we'll send you a one-time sign-in code. Enter the code and you're in. You can sign in the same way every time.

    Create your profile

Once you're signed in, choose Create artist profile and fill in your details:

    • Profile image — a clear photo or logo. This is how fans will recognize you across Cloosi.
    • Artist name — the name you perform under.
    • Location — your city and country. This helps local fans and collectives discover you.
    • Bio — a short introduction to you and your music.
    • Identity tags — optional tags that describe how you identify, used for community filtering on Discover.
    • Genres — pick the genres that describe your sound.
    • Links — up to 3 links, like your website, Bandcamp, or socials. At least one is required so we can verify you, and all of them appear on your profile.

    Get approved

New artist profiles are reviewed by our team before they go live. This keeps Cloosi a trusted home for independent music. You don't have to wait — you can start uploading music right away. Approval only controls when your profile and any tracks you've uploaded go public and appear across Cloosi. We'll email you as soon as a decision is made — usually within a few days.

Tip: a complete profile with a clear image, location, and genres is approved faster and shows up better in search and discovery.

    After approval

Once your profile is approved, it and your uploaded tracks are public and searchable. If you haven't already, next steps are uploading your music and, if you want to sell, connecting Stripe for payouts.
